Your role

• Handles general office administration, replenishment of office and cleaning supplies, processing of payments to third-party vendors, and other necessary operation of the offices.
• Ensures that disbursements are in line with a budget with cost line item expenditures.
• Gathers and submits clients’ business permit requirements and other required government records.
• Monitors and facilitates Corporate Mobile Plan new applications, renewals, payments, and other related requests.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and environmental policies, rules, and regulations in rendering administrative support services.
