Over my 25-year journey at Unilab, from starting as an Assistant QA Inspector to now serving as an Assistant Manager in the Medical and Regulatory Group of Unilab Consumer Health, I have experienced the transformative power of Bayanihan and Husay at Malasakit

Though there were times that it felt like my job was repetitive, it was how it made me knowledgeable and become familiarized with the applications

One of the coolest things about my role is the freedom that is given to me when it comes to decision making. I am free to search and evaluate for myself potential partnerships for our organization and the other teams I work with are really open when it comes to brainstorming ideas.

I feel a sense of achievement when I see the end product of my efforts work out as intended, without any more bugs to iron out. For me, that’s more meaningful than the process of writing or troubleshooting the code.
