Your responsibilities

As a User Interface/User Experience intern, you will assist and support the Innovation and Digital Transformation (IDT) team with their deliverables. Responsibilities include:

• Learning industry-based practices in User Experience Design and applying them to every challenge provided
• Learning and participating in user interviews and usability testing to gain more understanding of our users and personas
• Being involved in translating ideas into user flows, wireframes, scenario maps, and design prototypes using Figma
• Learning and engaging in ideating design solutions to business and user problems that are backed by insights from research and interview
• Observing, recording insights, and providing feedback based on activities during research activities and interviews
• Participating in Design Critique sessions and learning new design tools (Figma and Adobe Creative Tools)
• Producing design assets, illustrations, icons, and logos, as well as producing aesthetic and effective communication materials such as email design, product videos, and presentation materials

About you

• Knowledge of standard UI/UX Design Platforms such as Adobe, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe product suite or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of creative design, User Interface, and User Experience Design Concepts
• Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design, digital transformation, and innovation
• No experience required
• Creative design skills are a plus
• CV and UI/UX Design Portfolio
