Read moreThe Talent Attraction Intern will be exposed to various HR functions such as recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, and international hires management.
The intern will be in charge of the following:
- Support in creating and ideating Tiktok content and building a Tiktok playbook
- Provide support in employer branding activities and creative contents for various initiatives
- Ensure timely response to emails in the official AP careers email
- Enhance the expatriate portal and provide suggestions on new categories relevant to expatriate new hires and their family
- Help out in recruitment of interns for various teams and create an engagement activity for them
- Support in automating onboarding activities for all new hires
- Support in the internal audit of onboarding activities
