Your role
Provide technical support for the resolution of customers’ IT problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries
Liaise with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidents
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents

About you
Open to graduates of any course
Preferably with at least 6 months relevant work experience (contact center and/or technical experience) OR Non-Bachelor/Non-graduates with at least 3 years of college education plus 1 year of work experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good knowledge and skills in IT
Interest in providing technical support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat and e-mail
Very good verbal and written English language skills
