Your role

Acciona seeks entry-level engineers to commence their careers and participate in the daily operations of a multinational company across project sites in Manila, Pampanga, and Laguna.

As a Graduate Engineer you will be tasked with key responsibilities in:

• Quality, Enviornmental, and Safety
  • Providing positive leadership to subcontractors, monitors and controlling their performance and ensuring the quality and standard of workmanship performed both on and off site is in accordance with the specifications and relevant procedures.
  • Ensuring non-conformances are recorded and corrective actions initiated as soon as practically possible.
  • Completing all outstanding defects as a matter of priority within scope of works.
• Planning and Operations
  • Assisting with identifying which Authorities are appropriate for obtaining approvals with specific project work and inter-relationships between Authorities.
  • Demonstrating a working understanding of Project Management Systems.
• Scheduling and Reporting
• Resourcing
• Innovation
• Communication
  • Regularly contributing to team/toolbox meetings and performing as a member of the team.
• Financial
  • Assisting with cost control for certain scope of works.
  • Completing basic estimating exercises and prepares take offs as requested

Other requirements are:

• Demonstrating the ability to work effectively with others
• Establishing and stewarding overall delivery work plans
• Ensuring all relevant regulatory requirements are satisfied
• Competent in planning and organizing work schedules
• Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same
• Clear communication – verbal and written
• Preferably 0 – 1 year experience
