Job Overview
Sales Development Associates are responsible for producing and qualifying new sales opportunities to calendar schedules and appointments for the Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Produce qualified leads from outbound, proactive, cold calling to generate new sales opportunities for the Account Executives.
- Leveling up your competencies & expertise in everything lead generation related.
- Map and engage prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology.
- Work closely with the Account Executives to ensure our pipeline is maintained and optimized.
- Update CRM with relevant information and notes for our Account Executives to close with.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Four (4)- year course, preferably business courses
- Compassionate and competitive nature
- Excellent communication skills
- High tolerance for rejection
- Charisma and charm
- Bold and confident
