Job Overview
Agent - Entry Level works in a fast-paced call center to initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers. He/she serves the customers by selling products and meeting customers’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- A full opener agent
- Call potential customers to describe services offered
- Educate customers on product offerings and explains pricing and answer questions from customers building value in the customer relationship
- Place phone calls to current customers to determine their satisfaction as well as receive customer suggestions
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Follow up with customer leads or previous customers
- Place outbound calls each day
- Consistently meets operational sales targets
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Open to College Graduate/Fresh Graduate
- At least High School Graduate (from the previous curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Level/Undergraduate
- At least 6 months of call center experience in Phone and/or Chat/Email support
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Can work in shifting schedules, holidays, and/or as business requires
- Good Attendance record from the previous employer
- Must be able to work onsite at GAGFA IT Tower, Mabolo Cebu City
- Can Start ASAP
