Your role

The team is responsible for providing resource onboarding and off-boarding, statement of work provisioning, invoice processing, and SDLC financial administration services for resource managers, portfolio managers, and vendor partners across the technology organization.

What type of work can you expect?

As a key link in the Product support process, no two days here will be the same, but there are some things you can count on doing:

  • Manage own workflow for assigned functions and become subject matter expert in the areas supported.
  • Provide audit, reporting, and data entry support in a variety of capacities across the organization.
  • Research & resolve queries related to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage vendor resource information including performing vendor invoice reconciliation functions.
  • Support financial management activities and create and maintain procedural and training documentation.
  • Work independently and as part of a global team and take on leadership and support roles as required.

About you

To qualify for the job, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • Skilled with MS Office applications. Advanced MS Excel skills and database experience are a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
  • Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knows high-quality customer service requirements.
  • Possess an understanding of basic accounting.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Personally accountable with a high degree of integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Available to start the internship in Sept 2024.

Additional Details:

  • Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
  • Workplace Flexibility: Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home).
  • Work From Home Requirements:
    • Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan/speed
    • Must have a private & quiet area to work at home.
