Your role

• Review and monitor Forwarder’s In-transit Reports.
• Communicates with various CS or Associate Customer Operations & forwarders/couriers, internal & external customers worldwide to identify and resolve requirements to move and deliver import and export shipments especially hot and urgent shipments.
• Arrange coordination with contractors for the survey & rigging activities for outbound & intra-movement.
• Prepares, updates, and summarizes CAPA reports, transit reports, lost and damaged reports, and logistics metrics.
• Prepares Logistics presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews for various Forwarders.

About you

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar qualification and field of study.
• Very good computer skills with familiarity with MS Office Suite especially MS Outlook and MS Excel.
• Must be resourceful and assertive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and values attention to detail, planning, and time management.
• Excellent documentation skills.
