Your role

• Interns will support the alert management & monitoring.
• They will help provide basic troubleshooting & triaging.
• There have been projects & applications onboarding for the Cloud Solution Engineers critical to the building of the SMEs in Manila. These are the items to prioritize as the work on the transformation to how they operate as software engineers is growing.
• Interns will help save man-hours spent on manual & basic tasks that will be focused on priority initiatives & projects.
