Your responsibilities

• Supports major and concept events in partnership with Team EnCORE.
• Monitor budget associated with respective activities ensuring alignment with AOP/Finance.
• Performs data entry for event administration and maintains records on A-TEAMS.
• Coordinates availability of facility and services requirements and ensures completeness of the details of event/project management on design, promotion, theme, décor, registration, program, and others (contests, games, raffle, token, food, entertainment, and auxiliary support: IT, Safety and Security).
• Collects data and reports (omnichannel analytics and content performance).
• Develop creative content that communicates event activations.
• Performs initiatives and any ad-hoc assignments whenever required by management.

About you

Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating events that provide recognition, enjoyment, and participation by site team members and yield a high level of employee satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.
• A plus if have experience as a writer or a graphic artist, are skilled in photo and video editing, and are familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and Canva.
