Your Role

Responsible for the initial review and processing of loan applications in accordance with the established policies and procedures for salary loans.

Training, Development & Rotations

Training programs available to our employees are as follows: New Employees On-boarding Program (NEO) The NEO Program is BDO LIFE’s organizational integration program for new employees. It aims to welcome, guide, and train new employees to quickly become more effective members of the organization. Training courses include:

Officership Development Program (ODP) is an in-house training program that aims to equip eligible Staff employees with basic tools to prepare them to transition to a junior officer role which is a pre-requisite for promotion to Junior Assistant Manager rank in BDO and its subsidiaries.

Management Development Program (MDP) is an in-house training program that focuses on the development of management and leadership skills for qualified Junior Assistant Manager employees to prepare them to transition to the next role which is a pre-requisite for promotion to Assistant Manager rank in BDO or its subsidiaries.

Manager Training Program (RMTP) is a one-year fast-track development program for dynamic and sales-oriented graduates and selected incumbents of the Institutional Banking Group. It provides credit and sales training necessary in carrying out account management tasks and responsibilities of an effective Relationship Manager.

Credit Analyst Training Program (CATP) is a one-year onboarding program for newly-hired graduates or experienced professionals joining Credit Risk Operations and Asset Recovery Management. It provides credit and systems training necessary in carrying out credit evaluation and risk assessment tasks and responsibilities of an effective Credit Analyst.

About You

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course
  • Preferably with 6 months of relevant work experience in unsecured loan operations.
  • Computer literate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome but must have good scholastic records
