Job Description
- Accommodate inquiries of Brokers and Agents regarding BDC Unit Inventories.
- Process site reservations and provide assistance to agents and buyers in their reservation transactions.
- Check and evaluate all documentation requirements as well as the buyer’s capacity to pay.
- Conduct reservation briefing and assist in the signing of reservation documents.
- Collect reservation payments and issue the official receipt.
- Transmit complete reservation folders with attached checklists in a timely manner.
- Report the total daily reservation and any untoward site incidents involving buyers, agents, and site personnel.
- Monitor 5S within marketing vicinity and coordinate concerns to site engineer.
- Ensure that the new reservation guidelines issued by the Sales and Marketing Department are being followed accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least College graduate.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess good customer service skills.
- The candidate must be a team player and has initiative.
- Willing to report on project sites.
