Assists with the recruitment process by conducting resume screening, reference check, scheduling and conducts initial interview
Assists orientation and update records of new hires (201 files)
Assists in managing employee databases and prepare reports
Assists in processing employee request and providing employee relations
Assists in other employee relations and discipline task
Assists in processing other related payroll and benefit task.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends
About you
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Development Management, Psychology or any related courses
Able to commit at least 500 hours (full-time internship)
Good communication skills with excellent analytical problem-solving skills
Proactive individual with the ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
