Your responsibilities

  • Enable end users with newly trended technology in terms of automation and digitalization
  • Enable end-users to define IT requirements
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems

About you

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related courses
  • Has knowledge of the use of MS Applications (including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, MS Teams, IT Portal, etc.)
  • Building strong collaboration with end users or customers
  • Review feedback and continuously improve to achieve end users' or customers' satisfaction
  • Passion, service-oriented, pro-active, result-driven, and smart thinker
  • Can render at least 500 hours of internship
  • Can work in a hybrid setup
