Your responsibilities

As an Agriculturist I, you are responsible for managing agricultural activities, with a focus on crop cultivation, livestock care, and community engagement. Key roles include promoting sustainable farming practices, adapting to the tropical climate, supporting local farmers, and ensuring compliance with government regulations

Compensation & benefits

The total monthly pay for an Agriculturist is Php 24,300. Qualified employees will receive government benefits which include:

Career progression

Every department, office, and agency shall, as soon as practicable and in no case later than ninety (90) days of the effectivity of the rules start conducting value development programs for its officials and employees to strengthen their commitment to public service and help promote the importance of public interest over personal interest in the performance of their duties.

Continuing refresher courses seminars and workshops to promote a high standard of ethics in public service shall be conducted.
