Your role

A Marketing Supervisor oversees the performance of employees in the marketing department. They ensure that the employees in the department adhere to company standards, policies, and guidelines. They create marketing campaigns, cascade these campaigns' mechanics to employees, and manage the follow-through.

Career progression

Every department, office, and agency shall, as soon as practicable and in no case later than ninety (90) days of the effectivity of the rules start conducting value development programs for its officials and employees to strengthen their commitment to public service and help promote the importance of public interest over personal interest in the performance of their duties.

Continuing refresher courses seminars and workshops to promote a high standard of ethics in public service shall be conducted.
