Your role

The role of Medical technologists is to assists medical professionals in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases by analyzing biological samples. They prepare biological samples for testing, perform test procedures, and report their technical findings. They may work at hospital laboratories or independent medical laboratories.

Compensation & benefits

The total monthly pay for a Medical Technologist is Php 27,000. Qualified employees will receive government benefits which include:

Career progression

Every department, office, and agency shall, as soon as practicable and in no case later than ninety (90) days of the effectivity of the rules start conducting value development programs for its officials and employees to strengthen their commitment to public service and help promote the importance of public interest over personal interest in the performance of their duties.

Continuing refresher courses seminars and workshops to promote a high standard of ethics in public service shall be conducted.
