Previous trainees described the workplace as productive with friendly colleagues. Most insiders believe that fresh grads can handle the workload contributing to a healthy work-life balance. The work schedule is another factor for striking a good balance between a person’s work and personal life.

Company culture

Discrimination prohibits workers to not being discriminated against with regard to gender, civil status, creed, religious or political beliefs, and ethnic groupings in the exercise of his/her profession. The legacy of the Bureau is, in many ways, the work of successive generations of revenuers who have made the selfless decision to dedicate their talents and skills to the service of the country.
