Your role & responsibilities

• Getting familiar with all aspects of the company, including the brand, customer, and department goals. 
• Providing ideas to grow and improve the business through rotation through the divisions of responsibility.
• Researching, and proposing ideas and solutions for compliance-focused projects.
• Getting familiar with internal software systems and becoming proficient in them.
• Helping create performance reports.
• Assisting in ad hoc tasks from the marketing team.
