We are recruiting for an HR Coordinator who will be part of our People Operations Shared Services Team. The role will be part of the pay and benefits administration team who offer a first-class service to our managers and employees in managing all payroll and benefits processes and also the end-to-end employee lifecycle of our people through our operational processes and controls, effectively integrating them into the organisation through on-boarding, managing and developing their career and finally helping with off-boarding with the focus of retaining a great experience for the employee.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

You will be ideal for this role if you have knowledge and experience of working within payroll and benefit administration, especially in a shared services set up. You should have an excellent level of written and spoken English with proven communication skills and good time management skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and be flexible to meet the ever-changing needs and demands within our organisation and within this role. 

Open to Fresh Graduates. In addition, experience and knowledge or expertise in the following would be desirable and give you an advantage:

  • Knowledge and experience of payroll administration for UK and US or other Countries
  • Knowledge of benefit administration for UK and US or other Countries
  • Experience of using HCM system Workday or other HCM systems
