Your role

• Provide North America Direct Customers with practical business solutions through experience, networking, and effective problem-solving techniques.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while executing work in the areas of account setup and maintenance, customer-facing order-to-cash digital platforms, purchasing reconciliations, resolving billing disputes, and case activity management.

• Act as the first point of contact for transitioning customers to the appropriate solution providers.

• Act as a resource to Lubricants Business Consultants responsible for the profit and loss of accounts and will be relied on to provide business process knowledge and partner with the Credit and Tax teams, as needed.
