Your role

Responsible for transforming procurement business processes to the shared services process model. Working in a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional team requires forward thinking and a vision for simplifying procurement as a function and leveraging procurement technology. 

  • (Tier 1 -2) Supports the identification of opportunities including work automation opportunities within S2P functions, P/SCM shared service network, and business units to improve processes and controls through a structured analysis of current organizational design, practices and assumptions, procedures and work instructions, inputs and outputs, capabilities, and tools. Â Â

  • (Tier 1 -2) Performs the optimization of processes for efficiency, effectiveness, risk control mitigation, and performance metrics using lean six sigma techniques, business process risk assessment, smart tools, best practices, and innovative problem-solving. Collaborate with discipline leads, compliance coordinators, or other subject matter experts as necessary. Â

  • (Tier 2) Coordinates the storage, update, and cataloging of S2P procedures documentation based on the company’s document control and retention standards.  Â

  • (Tier 1 -2) Partner with the Digital and Analytics Team to develop and maintain productivity monitoring and health metrics dashboards to facilitate periodic reporting to management and key business unit customers.  Â

  • (Tier 2) Monitors and evaluates the quality and content of business processes; and provides feedback to process owners, S2P OC, and management to improve quality and identify training and coaching needs. Â Â

  • (Tier 1 - 2) Facilitates incident management and problem resolution in a structured, timely, and cost-effective manner from identification and impact through root cause investigations, to containment, remediation, and preventive actions. Â

  • (Tier 1 - 2) Reviews and investigates patterns and trends in root causes to proactively identify systemic issues and recommend action to preclude the recurrence of incidents and to improve service levels. Â

  • (Tier 1) Assists process owner and RPA developers in measuring the immediate and long-term efficiency (e.g. FTE savings) and effectiveness of improvements or automation to ensure implementation and execution are consistent with the pre-established improvement goals. Â

  • (Tier 1 ) Partners with the BU contact and receiving S2P teams to execute work migration strategy using the established framework -from opportunity identification, work scoping, business case development and sign- off shadowing, documentation, and resource planning to go-live support. Â

    Process and System Implementation (Tier 3 ) Â

  • Support the rollout of major processes or system and may function in one or more of the following capacities: training, process documentation, process design, testing, change management, issue resolution, and go-live and hyper care support Â

  • Participates in process design and process documentation using approved standards Â

  • Deve lop s a detail ed implementation plan Â

  • Handles parallel activities which can include simultaneous implementation of other processes, systems, or to multiple locations. Â

  • Executes implementation plan according to approved process designs. Â

  • Builds partnerships with key stakeholders that allows adequate capture of processes including their nuances, that facilitate timely issue resolution and transition support from business. Â

  • Monitors process stabilization by reviewing key performance metrics prior to transferring the process to the operation team s Â

  • Anticipates potential issues and escalates to the appropriate team for resolution. Â

  • Monitors any issues, defects, and enhancements until resolved. Keeps the team informed and provides regular updates . Â

  • Develops training materials and conducts actual training and knowledge transfer to the operations team and other interested parties Â

  • Identifies and implements process change or system enhancements based on lessons learned from testing and shadowing and initiates action and documentation updates . Â

  • Responsible for change management related to project implementation, process improvement, process changes, or enhancement  Â

  • Actively engage and communicate to stakeholders for any upcoming changes related to process or process handover-related activities Â

    Safety, BCP, and Customer Engagement Support ( Tier 3 ) Â

  • Collaborates with MSSC Crisis Advisor, S2P leaders hip teamÂ, and team BCP coordinators to execute all safety and BCP activities on a timely basis Â

  • Develop s, maintain s, and updates the customer engagement package Â

  • Coordinates the updating and approval of the annual Service Level Agreement Â

  • Assist the Business Manager or the Manila Site Manager in developing and executing the communication and engagement plan  Â

    Administrative and Self-Development Activities ( All Tiers ) Â

  • Ensures compliance with OE requirements (i.e., safety programs/training). Â

  • Attends functional training for personal and professional development. Â

  • Writes PMP and discusses performance agreements with Supervisor. Â

    The position requires strong business acumen and interpersonal skills; knowledge of root cause analysis, incident management, and problem resolution; principles of quality management and risk management; knowledge of business process mapping, re-engineering, and documentation control, ability to analyze, investigate, and resolve business problems using creative thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to effectively facilitate resolution in difficult situations; ability to manage competing priorities; ability to demonstrate initiative by being proactive in work duties; has strong influencing, communication, planning, and customer engagement skills and use independent judgment. Â

    • Applicants should be open to work on a day, mid, or night shift

    • Preferably someone who has good Coordination and Project Management skills
