Your responsibilities

  • Assists in providing accounting guidance around Citi business units.
  • Assists in strengthening and providing controls by showing the transparency of the Balance Sheet.
  • Manages the implementation of procedures and development of analyses and reporting.
  • Ensures the quality of the tasks or services provided is accurate and timely.
  • Applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

The first core area is “on-the-job learning” which takes 70% of the whole development program.
