Your role

• Assist with ad hoc tasks such as reports, recons, queries, and meetings
• Responsible for checking the attendance of the contractors and whether they are logged in within their shift
• Responsible for the time logs of the contractors, making sure that correct hours logged are recorded in preparation for payroll computation
• Submit timely reports to the stakeholders
• Monitor the contractors' activities captured by our time tracking system and ensure to report inactivity and non-work-related activities to their respective CSM before the end of the shift
• Provide admin support to the HR Team
• Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned in the fulfillment of the HR Generalist duties
• Make outbound calls to contractors and emergency contacts if needed
