Your role & responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth account setup, accurate test code allocation, timely response to inquiries, and effective coordination of drug testing data.

Responsibilities:

• Order Management - Efficiently handle and process instant drug test orders placed by consultants on behalf of their clients.
• Account Setup - Establish drug testing accounts at partnering laboratories, aligning with consultants' sales efforts and client requirements.
• Inquiry Handling - Address inquiries related to their product inventory, providing comprehensive information and support to consultants and clients.
• Test Code Administration - Assign relevant test codes to each drug test, similar to SKU numbers, ensuring precise identification of testing requirements.
• Contact Management - Maintain and update authorized account users by adding or removing contacts as necessary to facilitate smooth account access.
• Result Integration - Collect drug testing results and accurately input data into the system, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and data management.

About you

Requirements:

• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Strong multitasking capabilities to handle varying responsibilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory and testing processes (preferred).
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

System requirements:

• At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup.
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup. Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption.
• A webcam and a smartphone.
• Noise-canceling USB headset.
• Quiet surroundings and dedicated home office.
