Your responsibilities

• Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications provided by our client partner.
• Provide company and job information by answering queries from applicants via email, social media, and chat tools.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing and analyzing the applicant’s responses.  
• Build a network of applicant talent pool through online job portals and other online sourcing channels.
• Review and vet candidate test task submissions and conduct initial interviews.
• Create a job description and job requirements based on client needs.

Compensation & benefits

They pay by the hour and the salary will depend on your experience and the client. According to Indeed, the salary estimate is PHP 20,000 to PHP 24,000 per month. Some benefits may include:
