Your responsibilities

Below is an outline of the duties and responsibilities expected of a Recruitment Specialist at CrewBloom.

• Build a network of applicant talent pool through online job portals and other online sourcing channels.
• Review and vet candidate test task submissions and conduct initial interviews.
• Create a job description and job requirements based on client needs.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications provided by the client partner.
• Provide company and job information by answering queries from applicants via email, social media, and chat tools.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing and analyzing the applicant’s responses; verifying candidate’s background by contacting references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

About you

Requirements:

• Impeccable English skills.
• Knowledge of remote communication and technology systems.
• Must be energetic, extremely organized, and dependable.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn more software and tools.
• Self driven.

System requirements:

• At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup.
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup.
• Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption.
• A webcam and a smartphone.
• Noise-canceling USB headset.
• Quiet surrounding dedicated home office.
