To support production Maintenance by monitoring the safe and efficient operation of the machines and monitor repairs and projects for improvement.
YOUR ROLE:
- Encode, monitor and update Job order for repair and project.
- Request materials or parts needed to the logistics department.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedule of operator and contractor
- Update machine history
- Evaluate the checklist submitted by the operator and contractor
- Monitor and update Part/Material Inventory.
- Conduct monthly inventory of parts/materials for machines
- Record, monitor and update job order requests (Repair and Projects)
- Prepare monthly report for Contractor’s accomplishments
