- Graduate of any 4 year course.
- Proven experience as receptionist or any related work. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Computer literate.
- Knowledgeable in administrative procedures and clerical works.
- Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in ISO-QMS is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage front desk services such as welcoming guests, answering phone calls, facilitating meeting room schedules and sorting received mails.
- To cascade any announcement or advisories to the employees through the use of official messaging platform.
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors in the reception area.
- Direct and coordinate guests and visitors to the appropriate person and assigned meeting room.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
