Your role

They are looking for an Intern to assist the Digital Value Generator (DVG) Team with the administrative and project-related tasks.

What you will do:

• Assist with renaming and filling out employee documents in the system (SharePoint).
• Coordinate project updates to the Stakeholder and Project Manager and escalate where there is a risk identified.
• Manage Project Team channels and ensure File Management complies with the Company's standards.
• Ensure process documentation is up to date as part of Project Implementation including minutes of the meeting.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent.
