Your role

• Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to Singapore employment, dependant passes which includes entry approval applications and immigration-related compliance matters, etc;
• Handle (written and verbal) queries or requests for information from the assignee;
• Draft replies to queries from clients or requests for advice from Deloitte global network;
• Work collaboratively with other team members globally to address immigration queries;
• Maintain several client worksheets to ensure up-to-date employee records;
• Generate and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
• Include the handling of various administrative tasks relating to the management of client programs, including updating a case management tool, collating and record government transaction receipts for billing purposes, etc;

Training, development & rotations

• The Deloitte Academy specializes in corporate business training designed for specific customer needs.
• Training topics include risk management, internal control, internal audit, accounting and finance, soft skills, and industry-specific training.
• The courses are designed for professionals interested in acquiring hands-on learning experience through facilitated discussions, business games, and simulations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Studies, or other similar fields.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills 
• Computer literate
• Customer-oriented attitude
