Your responsibilities

Bookkeeping:

• Check the completeness of the invoices and bills received to be imported in Xero.
• Import and reconcile bank statements of clients.
• Handle manual journal entries for adjustments and accruals.
• Export the management reports.
• Finalize reports to be reviewed by the Senior. 

Payroll:

• Confirmation from clients if there are adjustments at every cut-off.
• Prepare the payroll register based on the updated information provided by the clients. 
• Input the data in the system such as bonuses, allowances and etc.
• Download the payroll details and finalize payroll reports for review by the Senior. 

Training & development

Training topics include risk management, internal control, internal audit, accounting and finance, soft skills, and industry-specific training. The courses are designed for professionals interested in acquiring hands-on learning experience through facilitated discussions, business games, and simulations. Compensation & benefits

• Prosple salary estimate is Php 19,150 to 29,000

About you

• Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or equivalent
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Can handle multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
