Your role

As an Analyst, you will be at the center of it all, performing primary and secondary research, data analysis, and modeling to tackle complex business problems.  In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the clients in defining their HR strategy and according to values
  • Understanding clients’ needs, mapping out, analyzing, and suggesting improvements to end-to-end HR processes
  • Supporting project teams in managing SAP SuccessFactors project stages including, project estimating, requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, testing, training, go-live assistance, and post-implementation support
  • Providing value to the design of a delivery model for their HR services
  • Implement the clients’ requirements into HR technology
  • Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns

About you

  • Fresh or recent graduates specializing in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or with tech/digital-related experience are encouraged to apply
  • Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes, complete complex business design for gap/interfaces, and configure the system to user requirements Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Drive, tenacity, client-focused and results-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups, and presentations
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
