Your role

• Responsible for troubleshooting if an issue is a reoccurring issue or an isolated issue.
• Application Analyst may need to work with EDI on file transmission, configuration consultants, and Account Manager to help resolve reported issues.
• Should be able to analyze issues accurately to create a logical and effective course of action for issue resolution.
• Should be able to effectively communicate root cause analysis to the appropriate audience whether it be internally or with a client.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills required to carry out multiple cases at one time.
• Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Great organizational skills and detail-oriented.
