Your role

• Identify the customer's problem and clearly articulate the exact steps within our software to resolve the issue.
• Identify trends in our software that contribute to the creation of support issues.
• Communicate those issues so they can modify the software to reduce support tickets.
• Recognize non-standard (atypical) customer issues and escalate to the proper resource.
• Attention to detail in giving instructions.
