Get to know the role:
The position will be working closely with Yaring Pinay’s Project Lead, Project Manager and Community of Practice Lead by providing logistical support in conceptualizing and planning Community of Practice sessions, campaign events, speaker and participant recruitment, pre- and post-event production, and administrative and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Description:
People:
- Communicate and coordinate with speakers, and recruit participants for the Community of Practice sessions and campaign events
- Build partnerships with TVET stakeholders invited to participate in the CoP sessions
Product:
- Support project team in mounting online events including recruitment, event materials development, and providing online technical support
- Conceptualize strategies to increase the reach of events and research stakeholders/organizations to partner with for the CoP sessions
- Generate post-event report including data, learnings and recommendations
Profit:
- Provide efficient end-to-end support in CoP and campaign events planning to meet the contract deliverables tied with payment milestones as directed by the funder
Purpose:
- Contribute to the gender inclusion and overall social impact of Yaring Pinay by using a gender-lens in project planning and execution
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in project management, stakeholder management and event planning and delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Contact database building and management
- Able to meet with stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
- Strong initiative in identifying and completing tasks/deliverables
- Knowledge in gender and development is desired
