Your responsibilities

• Provide an electrical parametric table comparison of components and parts for the design engineers’ easier review.
• Answer all technical queries from the design engineers regarding the proposed part.
• Ensure all necessary documents are needed to have the part approved by the design engineers, such as datasheets, material declarations, RoHS CoC, and REACH CoC.
• Identify and recognize different types of components and find alternatives that cost less but have equal or better electrical parameters and quality for further potential savings opportunities.
• Obtain the best price and lead time of components and parts using Emerson’s Supplier Contract Pricing or request a direct quotation from the manufacturers or suppliers.
• Coordinate the product road maps of suppliers with the design teams.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related courses.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across all functional groups.
