In this capacity, you will manage data in the compliance system and ensure its quality for the assessment of Emerson products and alternate materials. You will be part of the team that will provide assessments and clarifications of codes and standards to the project teams at Emerson. You will also serve as a technical resource to Emerson Management for guaranteeing the availability and continuance of sales of Emerson products globally through data analytics.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To manage the compliance system, ensuring accurate and complete material compliance data necessary for product and substance compliance analysis.
  • To collect compliance data through supplier outreach and data mining from different resources and applications.
  • To coordinate with suppliers, ensuring the validity of supplier contact information, the completion of material declaration requirements, and the preparation and completion of documents.

You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level. You are a great teammate with analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Graduate of any tertiary level program (e.g., Vocational or Technician Program).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have analytical, problem-solving, and computing skills.
  • Good level of communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical people via email or phone.
