Your responsibilities

• Undergo training on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) principles to establish a strong foundation for heat transfer.
• Learn about the various refrigeration systems and system architectures used in solving HVACR problems today.
• Get to know the components, products, and solutions in these systems and system architectures.
• Understand the different businesses in their enterprise and how each unique business is able to solve their customers’ HVACR problems.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide a solution.

Training & development

By joining them as a Cadet Engineer Technical Services, you will complete extensive classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) from experts and leaders. The program will cover HVACR principles, technologies, products, and solutions to prepare you for solving real-world human comfort, sustainability, food safety, and quality problems for customers. After the program, you will be part of an impactful, dynamic, and customer-focused Lifecycles Technical Services team.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or related courses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
• You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done.
• You are passionate about continuous learning and are self-directed, with a strong sense of urgency in solving customer problems and meeting tasks and deadlines.
• With excellent communication skills, you can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers.
• You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.
