Client Success Associate null

Your role

As a Client Success Associate, you will be the client's main POC, leading the end-to-end process, including cross-functional activities involving internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with brands, marketplaces, and other channels to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on clients' eCommerce business strategies, working closely to design and implement solutions that enhance online sales and boost their digital footprint.
• Utilize data analysis to monitor performance indicators such as Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and Average Order Value (AOV), using these insights to guide strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Present comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including specifics on effective merchandising, content creation, and marketing strategies for improving online presence.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business enhancements within existing client relationships, driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive the overall success of the client's eCommerce businesses.

About you

• Fresh graduates with relevant co-curricular or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and engage directly with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, adaptable to new tools.
• Experience with Data Studio and Power BI preferred.
