Your role & responsibilities

What you will do:

HR Administration:

  • Be the driving force behind the HR operations, assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and line managers to ensure smooth performance management processes.
  • Handle office management errands and other ad hoc HR tasks as needed.

Employee Engagement:

  • Play a key role in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage preparations, logistics, communications, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

Learning & Development:

  • Support organizing training events, including organizing invites, communications, and coordination.

HRIS & Data Management:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR data files with accuracy and efficiency.

Recruitment:

  • Contribute to campus recruitment activities.
  • Engage in sourcing, market mapping, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews for Associate level positions.

Training & development

About you

Who You Are:

  • Currently enrolled in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related program.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, with a strong interest in HR.
  • Exceptional communication skills, thriving in both face-to-face and virtual collaborations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup (twice a week in the office utmost).
