- Make journal entries as advised by immediate superior.
- Posting the related journal entries to ledger and disbursement notebook that correspond their offices.
- Verifying the voucher and any supporting documents attached on it, if said so.
- Verifying receipts/ sorting them out to make calculation more understandable.
- Making vouchers manually
- Performs other related accounting functions as advised by the immediate superior.
- Provide regular reports/ accomplishments on a regular basis to the General Manager.
