Your role

• Assist Global Product Specialists with projects that can last from a few weeks to a few months.
• Customize the product according to the plan, within the predefined time frame, workload, and specifications.
• Implement client projects locally by recreating their specific environment (from both a core product and customization perspective).
• Work closely with Product Specialists in client-facing regions to respond to client requests.
• Follow best practices for different types of implementation.
• Ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
• Proactively monitor and report project status to the Project Manager and Team Lead.

Compensation & benefits

According to research, the salary estimate is PHP 15,000 to PHP 24,000 per month. Some of the benefits may include:

About you

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is preferred.
• Superior client service attitude and skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, and solid organizational skills a required.
• Superior proficiency/skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Background knowledge in programming or data management is preferred.
• Demonstrates critical thinking ability and willingness to learn new technologies
• Background with Microsoft SQL Server and Transact SQL is a plus.
• Desire to work on shifting schedules.
