Your role

Conducts bidding, awards the proposed project, processes payments, and monitors the project from bidding to contract close-out. Other responsibilities involved are tabulation and evaluation of bids, preparation of control estimates, evaluation of change orders before construction, and preparation of contract closure amendments.

Duties & responsibilities of the role:

Pre - Construction

• Preparation of Control Estimates.
• Preparation of bid documents for Bidding.
• Evaluation of bids.
• Award Documentation.

Construction

• Evaluation and validation of Change Orders/Extra Work.
• Process contract billings for timely payment to contractors through approval in the Sapphire Billing Management System.

 Post Construction

• Prepare the Contract Closure amendment by issuing a Certificate of Completion and final acceptance.
• Preparation of piecemeal contracts.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering College Graduate
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Can also have 1 year of working experience.
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Willing to be assigned in Alabang Muntinlupa
• Can start ASAP!
