Filinvest Development Corp has opened an internship for the HR Graphic Design role in Muntinlupa, Philippines.
The role will provide needed support to manage the HR Talent Acquisition team and Learning & Development in crafting visually compelling and engaging materials to support both recruitment efforts and learning initiatives.
Key functions and duties include:
- Developing visually appealing and consistent design elements to enhance the company's employer brand in recruitment materials.
- Ensuring alignment with the organization's brand guidelines across all creative assets.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to create eye-catching recruitment collateral, including job advertisements, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Working closely with the Learning & Development team to design engaging training modules, presentations, and educational materials.
- Translating complex information into visually accessible content to enhance the learning experience.
- Writing and editing content for various mediums, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging for both recruitment and learning materials.
- Creating multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations to support training initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
About you
To be considered, you must have the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college/university with a relevant course like: Communications, Graphic Design, and other related field.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
- Amenable to work on-site either in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Having a portfolio is an advantage.
