Your role

The HR Talent Acquisition Intern will provide valuable support to manage the anticipated volume of candidates for hiring.

Assist in the pre-employment of anticipated new hires. The following are the required activities:

• Background Check Facilitation
• Endorsement of Pre-Employment Medical Exam
• Issuance of Bank Endorsement Slip
• Document Completion and 201 File Management
• Request for payment, document preparation, and filing.
• Maintain inventory of recruitment materials and brand collaterals.
• Manatal data validation

Sourcing and Recruitment Activities:

• Talent Mapping and sourcing for critical and urgent roles.

About you

They are looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a college/university with a relevant course like Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, and other related field.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City. 
• Available to start immediately.
