Your role

Focus Global has an opening for Customer Experience Operations Intern in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila Philippines.

Provide support to the Home Furnishing Service Department in executing marketing strategies and supporting their valued Customer Relations team.

Key responsibilities:

• Operational and Administrative Support: Assisting the HF Service Department in executing marketing strategies and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
• Customer Case Preparation: Researching and preparing detailed customer cases supporting senior Customer Relations team members in addressing client inquiries and requests.
• Project Monitorting: Tracking the progress of various customer installation and servicing projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Liaising with other departments, external providers, and suppliers to support customer needs and brand requirements.

About you

The internship is open to anyone currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field.

Interns should possess the following:

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Results-driven and a team player.
• Willingness to work fully on-site.
