Your role & responsibilities

• Administrative Support - Provide essential administrative support for L&D initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
• Training Documentation - Create and maintain organized Google Sheets to document and track training activities effectively.
• Event and Training Logistics - Assist with administrative tasks related to event and training logistics, both pre-and, ensuring seamless execution.
• Creative Enhancement - Utilize your creative skills to revamp presentation slides, and e-learning templates, design eye-catching posters, and craft engaging videos to enrich the training materials.
• Visual Enhancement - Proficiently use tools like Canva and Google Sites to enhance visual elements and digital resources, making learning experiences more engaging.
